Stags to kick-off League One campaign away to Barnsley

Newly-promoted Mansfield Town will kick-off their Sky Bet League One campaign away to Barnsley on Friday 09 August, with the match being shown live on Sky Sports + (8pm kick-off).

Stags will then host Burton Albion in the first fixture at One Call Stadium on Saturday 17 August. In the Christmas schedule,

Nigel Clough’s men will entertain Rotherham United on Saturday 21 December before travelling to Peterborough United on Boxing Day. Following a trip to Reading on 29 December, Stags will face Bolton Wanderers at One Call Stadium on New Year’s Day. T

he regular 46-league game campaign will conclude with a home match against Exeter City on Saturday 03 May.

Meanwhile, Stags will discover the identity of their opponents in the first round of the Carabao Cup tomorrow at 11.30am.
